Why isn't my campaign running?

Campaign approval can take up to 24 hours.

There are a few reasons why your campaign might not have gone live yet.

If you launched within the last 24 hours, it's likely that your campaign is still being approved by our 30+ ad networks and partners. If this is the case, don't worry! When your campaign goes live you will receive an email from support@brandzooka.com.

We won't start your campaign until you tell us to. You can double check the start date for your campaign under the 'Targeting' tab under 'Analytics'.
