Don’t worry! We’ll get your coupon working in no time. Here are a few common causes we can try fixing first:

  • Coupons are case sensitive. Make sure your caps lock is off and all your characters are correct.

  • Be sure your budget is at or above the minimum budget requirement. Note: you can set your budget based on a daily or total budget.

  • Did you type your coupon code into the box labeled ‘Coupon Code?’ It’s in the Campaign Builder just to the right of of the ‘Budget’ box in the section titled ‘What’s your schedule and budget?’

  • Coupons only can be used once. If you try to use the coupon twice, it will not work.
