  • Draft: Your campaign is in a draft state and you have not clicked 'Approved for Launch'. This means that you can generate a forecast on your current information or make any changes to your campaign including but not limited to:

    • Budget

    • Start/End Date

    • Creatives

    • Conversion Tracking

  • Approved: Your campaign is being sent to the server. It will be checking that creative specs are valid and the conversion pixel tracking is valid. After the validation checks have run, then the campaign will transition to "Running".

  • Running: Congratulations! Your campaign has been "Approved" and you are now serving to your audience.

  • Paused: Your campaign was in a running state, but you have "Paused" the campaign which means you are no longer serving to your selected audience. This also means that your campaign is non longer spending as well. You can resume your campaign anytime by changing the status back to "Running".

  • Completed: Your campaign has finished serving ads to your audience based on your selected dates. Any budget that may be leftover will now be returned back to the user.

  • Stopped: Your campaign was manually stopped and you no longer wish for it to spend. You can resume this campaign, but in 24-48 hrs, any unused budget will be refunded back to the user and the campaign will then transition to "Completed".

  • Error: Your campaign went through the "Approved" process and we found a validation error with your campaign. Validation errors include but are not limited to:

    • Start date cannot be in the past, end date cannot be in the past

    • Improper Creative Format or Size

    • Problem with Conversion Tracking Pixel (if enabled)

    • Not enough credits
